We have been asked about our Tzitzits over and over. One boy said he wanted some for himself. We read from scripture why we wear them and what they mean (Numbers 15:37-40) and read the commandments from Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5-6. We did the same with every boy and girl that came to our door asking for them, at this time 10 have come.
One of the boys just came to show me his bible. This translation uses the Name of our Creator as Yave, has the whole apocrypha books and many footnotes. They say they know "Jesus" but are taught other commandments.

As we read through them Gustavo heard truth for the first time in his own bible. He wears the Tzitzits daily and wants to know more. HalleluYAH! He told me that Dona Berta the lady that teaches Catholicism here tells him not to hear from foreigners and that Sunday is the holy day. He also says that she is mean towards others. I hope the fear and lies do not hinder him from coming.
