We found this on FB! Something simple and easy to do here in the farm to pick chayote squash, oranges, mangos or any other round fruit. We try to protect from them falling on the ground to keep them from bruising. This is a great idea that we can recycle a bottle to make.

I hope you enjoy the following images and information.  These tropical plants grow all year because we have no winter and if we plan ahead we can make them survive the drought using open green house techniques and raised beds and even acuaponic systems.
